- Enter your login and password. Your login e-mail must match the e-mail address we have on file for you. If you do not know your password, please contact us via phone or e-mail, and we will assign you one.
- Choose the services you would like. You can choose more than one service. Click on each in the order you would like to receive them. If you want to get color or highlights and a haircut, please be sure to choose the chemical service before the haircut. If you would like to get color or highlights without a haircut, please choose the service that ends in "Only." This allows us to schedule for time to blow-dry and style your hair at the end of the service.
- In the box that says "Any," click on the arrow and select your preferred stylist. Then choose "Next" at the bottom of the page.
- A list of the next available days and times will appear on the right side. Choose the time and date that works best for you by clicking on it. The calendar on the left allows you to change days, and the arrows next to the month allow you to switch between months. When you choose a different day, the available times for that day and the following day will appear on the side.
- Any additional notes you would like to leave for the stylist can be left in the box. To finish booking the appointment, click on "Request Appointment." If the appointment is available, it will be booked. If it is not available, you will be notified.
You can also update your profile and information while you are logged in to the website. By clicking on "My Profile," you can change your password and other information. By clicking on "My Appointments," you can view any future appointments you have scheduled with us. If you need to cancel your appointment, you can choose "Cancel" on this page, and your appointment will be removed from our books.
