I started as a hairstylist in 1989 right out of High School with Toni and Guy International. After my apprenticeship I went on the floor and specialized in cutting and styling at Prestonwood Mall. Before long I moved up and worked as an educator for the company. After 2 years of working in the salon and with various modeling agencies, I moved to Italy where I learned to speak Italian, worked in a salon and traveled.

After returning home I looked forward to working again at Toni and Guy. Once back home I had aspirations of opening my own Toni and Guy partnership and decided to move to California so that I could pursue this dream. Once in California I was drawn into the film industry and took a brief detour from hair. After working in film in both L.A. and Dallas I stayed in California and began working once again with Toni and Guy as an educator.

After trying sales for Toni and Guy in Beverly Hills and starting a sales company of my own I realized even more that I am happiest working in the salon. I went back to Texas and worked for another 3 years for Toni and Guy in The Shops at Willow Bend, Plano location. I have joined the Cutting Edge team to expand my horizons and be in an environment that is the best for both my clients and myself.
